When our humanitarian missionaries, Elder and Sister Moore, came to visit with Julio Acosta their leader, we set up a handing over with the Minister of Health, Mr. Cadogen. The handing over was for the container of wheelchairs which the Church sent to Guyana. They actually send wheelchairs on a regular basis. President Goodluck came as well, and we all waited an hour or two before we could meet Mr. Cadogen.
